Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will serve retail and installer customers, ensuring high-quality service while supporting store management. Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping select merchandise, maintaining cash drawers, processing returns, and resolving complaints. The role requires multitasking, the ability to match alphanumeric sequences, and providing friendly customer service. Additional tasks involve operating store test equipment, performing in-store services, and making deliveries as needed. Candidate skills in automotive parts and customer service are highly valued. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences

- Cataloging skills
- Weatherly index system experience
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
