Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality service to retail and installer customers, assisting with merchandise selection, managing cash transactions, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and performing daily operational tasks including inventory management. Essential skills include customer service proficiency, multitasking capability, and the ability to match alphanumeric sequences. Candidates with familiarity in automotive parts and fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, are preferred. Additionally, the role demands compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting customer service initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service
- Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
