Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service, including assisting with merchandise selection and addressing customer complaints. This role requires prompt interaction with customers, excellent phone service, accurate cash handling, and the ability to resolve issues. Responsibilities include processing exchanges, maintaining store operations, and performing in-store services for customers. The position encourages bilingual applicants, particularly those fluent in Spanish, and emphasizes the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
