Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management and engaging in customer interactions both in-store and via phone. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting merchandise, processing transactions, managing inventory, resolving complaints, and performing various in-store services. Training will be provided on operational tasks and store equipment.
