Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and execute duties including greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, processing transactions, handling exchanges/returns, resolving complaints, maintaining stock and planograms, operating shop equipment after training, and occasionally driving to make deliveries. Bilingual (Spanish encouraged) and familiarity with automotive parts and sales processes are noted, along with adherence to customer service programs and policies. The role emphasizes assisting professional customers, utilizing product knowledge, and contributing to store operations and inventory tasks.
