Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assisting in merchandise selection, handling customer inquiries, and supporting store management tasks. Responsibilities include customer service programs, cash handling, inventory management, and occasional delivery driving.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
