Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist in merchandise selection, manage cash transactions, resolve customer complaints, perform daily operational tasks, and operate testing equipment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
