Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist store management in tasks, and follow customer service programs. Essential functions include greeting customers, assisting professional customers, maintaining a cash drawer, processing exchanges and returns, addressing customer complaints, and performing operational tasks like inventory counts and stocking. Skills required include matching alphanumeric sequences and multitasking while delivering professional customer service. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
