Job Summary
Provide high-level customer service to retail and installer customers; assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers; answer store calls with accurate part lookups and pricing, offer related items, process exchanges/returns, maintain cash drawer, and handle payments. Perform daily store tasks including stocking, planogram updates, freight receival, and inventory counts; operate store test equipment after training; may drive a delivery vehicle to support business needs; bilingual candidates are encouraged. Demonstrates excellent service, adherence to policies, and support of company programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, etc.).
