Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Maintain the cash drawer, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns while resolving complaints. Execute daily operational tasks including image maker updates, planogram changes, stocking, cleaning, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as installing wipers and scanning trouble codes. Drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training and support store management with assigned tasks. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
