Job Summary
O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist in Lancaster, NY to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, greet customers, assist with parts selection and pricing, and support store management. The role involves handling cash and credit transactions, processing returns, resolving customer concerns, stocking shelves, updating planograms, and assisting with daily store tasks. The position may involve delivering parts if needed and driving eligibility requirements apply. Bilingual candidates are encouraged, and knowledge of automotive parts and ASE certification are desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
