Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level customer service to both retail and installer customers, assist with merchandise selection, and support store management with tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, completing assigned training, answering phone calls to assist customers, processing transactions, and handling exchanges and complaints. The role requires cash management, daily operational tasks, and operating store test equipment after training. Candidates should be able to multitask and provide professional service.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
