Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assisting them with their merchandise selections and addressing customer complaints. Responsibilities include maintaining the cash drawer, processing transactions, and supporting store management. The role involves multitasking and requires the ability to handle phone and in-store interactions simultaneously. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills and are encouraged to be bilingual, with automotive knowledge preferred. The position may require occasional delivery driving and compliance with various training requirements.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications

- Cataloging knowledge
- Weatherly index system familiarity
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
