Job Summary
Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, greet walk-in customers, assist in selecting merchandise, support store management, handle phone inquiries, look up parts and quote prices, process exchanges/returns, manage cash and credit card transactions, and perform daily store operations (stocking, planogram updates, freight receival, inventory counts). Role includes opportunities to perform in-store services (install wipers, test batteries, diagnose vehicle codes) and occasional delivery driving. Bilingual candidates encouraged; ASE certification is desirable. Emphasis on customer service, product knowledge, sales support, accuracy in cash handling, and adherence to company programs and policies.

- Spanish language proficiency desirable
Desired Qualifications
- ASE certification
- Bilingual (Spanish highly desired)
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- Multilingual capabilities
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Experience in retail or parts environments
