Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers and assist store management with tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, supporting manager needs, handling transactions accurately, processing exchanges and returns, and addressing customer complaints. The role also entails performing daily operational tasks, operating store test equipment, and providing in-store services where legally permissible. Candidates must possess strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and familiarity with automotive parts is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
