Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to all retail and installer customers and support store management in achieving assigned tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, completing training, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, processing returns, resolving complaints, and performing various operational tasks. Additionally, the role involves operating store test equipment, performing in-store services, and occasionally driving a delivery vehicle. Required skills include multitasking abilities, alphanumeric matching, and excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
