Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers as directed. Follow and promote company customer service programs including Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, and Related Selling. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with policy. Perform daily operational tasks such as image maker updates, planogram changes, stocking shelves, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle. Match alphanumeric sequences and multitask while handling customers in-store and on the phone. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
