Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service needs. Maintain the cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policy. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as installing wipers and testing batteries. Complete daily image maker updates, planogram adjustments, and inventory cycle counts while matching alphanumeric sequences. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
