Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers by looking up parts, quoting prices, and recommending related items. Maintain the cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policy. Resolve customer complaints, complete daily image maker and planogram updates, and perform operational tasks such as stocking shelves and processing inventory adjustments. Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
