Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management in assigned tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, processing transactions, resolving customer complaints, and performing various operational tasks such as inventory and stock adjustments. Required skills include multitasking, outstanding customer service, and the ability to match alphanumeric sequences. Desired qualifications include knowledge of automotive parts, cataloging, and ASE certification.

- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
