Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers while assisting store management with tasks. This role includes greeting customers, maintaining the cash drawer, processing transactions, resolving complaints, completing store operational tasks, and performing various in-store services. Candidates must be able to multitask, provide friendly service, and have the ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. A background in automotive parts and services is desired, along with fluency in multiple languages; Spanish is highly encouraged.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
