Job Summary
The Parts Specialist position involves providing high-level service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, answering phone calls, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, processing returns, and resolving customer complaints. Candidates must have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to complete company training. Familiarity with automotive parts and sales, along with ASE certification, is desirable. This role may also involve operating store test equipment and driving a delivery vehicle when required.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
