Job Summary
Provide high-quality customer service to retail and installer customers; assist with product selection, price lookups, and upselling related items; process cash/credit transactions and returns; maintain stock and planogram updates; assist with store operations including occasional vehicle deliveries and in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, and reading vehicle trouble codes); bilingual capability and ASE certification are desirable; company programs and benefits highlighted; opportunities for growth within O’Reilly Auto Parts.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Multitask: handle customers on the phone and in-store simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- O’Reilly Auto Parts experience with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
