Job Summary
Provide high-level customer service to retail and installer customers in an auto-parts environment; greet customers, look up parts and quote prices, recommend related items, process exchanges/returns, maintain cash drawer, and handle payments. Support store management with daily tasks, assist with image maker and planogram updates, stock shelves, and perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and diagnosing vehicle issues. Occasional delivery driving may be required. Bilingual candidates encouraged; ASE certification highly valued. Emphasizes friendly service, product knowledge, efficient multitasking, and adherence to company policies and training.
