Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides exceptional service to retail and installer customers while assisting store management in various tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting them with merchandise selection, managing cash transactions, processing returns, addressing customer complaints, and performing inventory-related tasks. Candidates must possess strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and the capability to match alphanumeric sequences quickly. Training on equipment operation and in-store services may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
