Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers and assist in store management tasks. Key responsibilities include promoting customer service programs, greeting and assisting customers with merchandise selection, processing cash transactions, handling exchanges and returns, and addressing customer complaints. The specialist must maintain a secure cash drawer, stock shelves, and perform daily operational tasks, including inventory management. Candidates should be able to multitask and possess strong customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
