Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, greets customers, assists with selecting merchandise, looks up parts and quotes prices, processes payments and returns, maintains cash drawer, addresses complaints, supports store operations (image maker, planogram updates, stock, freight receival, inventory counts), performs in-store services (installing wipers, testing batteries, diagnosing vehicle issues), and may drive a delivery vehicle as needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; company training and career-growth opportunities are available. The role requires customer-service excellence, multitasking across in-store and phone interactions, and familiarity with automotive parts and related sales processes.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- ASE certification (desired)
