The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assist with operations, process transactions, handle customer complaints, and perform stock maintenance and various in-store services. This role emphasizes customer interaction, quick decision-making, and teamwork while adhering to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
