Job Summary
Provide high-level customer service to retail and installer customers; greet customers, assist in selection of merchandise, process transactions, manage cash drawer and returns, and support store management with tasks such as inventory/pplanogram updates and light in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, scanning vehicle trouble codes). Bilingual (Spanish) candidates encouraged. Role may involve occasional delivery. Emphasis on friendly, professional service, adherence to company policies, and teamwork; opportunity for career growth within O’Reilly Auto Parts.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Multitask between phone and in-store customers
- Able to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Ability to stock and organize shelves
- Familiar with automotive parts and related terminology
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
Desired Qualifications
- ASE certification desired
- Bilingual Spanish is highly desired
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
