Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, supports store management, and assists customers in selecting merchandise. Essential functions include greeting customers, maintaining the cash drawer, processing exchanges and returns, addressing complaints, and performing daily operational tasks like freight receival and inventory counts. The role requires the ability to multitask, deliver excellent customer service, and may involve operating store test equipment and performing in-store services. Candidates familiar with automotive parts and fluent in Spanish are highly desired.

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
