Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, greets customers, assists with merchandise selection, supports store management in tasks, answers store calls per policy, processes transactions, handles exchanges/returns, addresses customer complaints, assists with planogram updates and daily operations (stocking, freight receipt, imaging tasks), performs in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing/changing batteries, scanning codes), and may drive a delivery vehicle when needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; the role supports a culture of teamwork, growth within the company, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Provide outstanding, friendly, professional customer service
- Able to multitask and assist customers in-store and on the phone
- Bilingual encouraged (Spanish highly desired)
- Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, and sales/service knowledge is a plus
- Ability to perform in-store services and basic equipment operation after training
