Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides exceptional customer service to retail and installer customers, greeting them in a friendly manner and assisting with merchandise selection. Responsibilities include answering calls, maintaining cash drawers, processing exchanges, resolving complaints, and supporting daily operational tasks. Skills required include multitasking, excellent customer service, and the ability to match alphanumeric sequences. Desired skills include familiarity with automotive parts and ASE certification. This position may involve driving a delivery vehicle and performing various in-store services for customers.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
