Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to both retail and installer customers, supporting store management, and managing various store operations including cash handling, processing returns, and addressing customer complaints. The role requires multitasking abilities, and familiarity with automotive parts is preferred. Candidates should be able to assist in-store services such as installations and vehicle testing, and may occasionally drive for deliveries. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
