Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver high levels of customer service to retail and installer customers, greet customers promptly, assist them in selecting merchandise, and support management with various tasks. Key responsibilities include answering customer calls, processing transactions, handling exchanges and complaints, and maintaining operational tasks such as stocking inventory. Essential skills include the ability to multitask, match alphanumeric sequences quickly, and provide friendly service. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, particularly those fluent in Spanish.
