Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assist store management with various tasks, and participate in company training. Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping with merchandise selection, answering phone inquiries, processing transactions, resolving customer complaints, maintaining inventory, and operating store equipment. Required skills include multitasking, providing customer service, and the ability to match alphanumeric sequences quickly. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and sales.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging expertise
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
