Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers and support store management. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, maintaining the cash drawer, processing transactions, addressing complaints, and performing daily operational tasks. Candidates should have strong multitasking abilities and exceptional customer service skills. Desired qualifications include knowledge of automotive parts and a willingness to participate in company training.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
