The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, and handle cash transactions while promoting customer service programs. This role requires strong multitasking ability and excellent customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
