Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing high levels of customer service to retail and installer customers. This role involves greeting customers, assisting in product selection, addressing complaints, and processing transactions. The candidate will perform daily operational tasks, maintain the cash drawer, and support management goals. Skills required include multitasking, customer service, and the ability to match alphanumeric sequences. The role also encourages bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
