Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level customer service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, and fulfill various operational tasks including processing cash transactions and resolving customer complaints. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with parts selection, supporting professional customers, and performing in-store services such as installing wipers and testing batteries. Candidates must possess multitasking skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle cash and transactions accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
