Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assisting them in selecting merchandise and addressing customer inquiries via phone and in-store interactions. Responsibilities include maintaining a cash drawer, processing transactions, and resolving customer complaints. The position involves various operational tasks such as stocking shelves and preparing merchandise returns. The specialist should be capable of multitasking and possess a friendly demeanor to enhance customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
