Job Summary
As a Parts Specialist, you will deliver exceptional service to retail and installer customers, while supporting store management in assigned tasks. You'll greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and maintain accurate cash handling practices. Key responsibilities include answering phone inquiries, processing returns, resolving customer complaints, and performing in-store services as allowed by law. Multitasking in a fast-paced environment is essential, as well as the ability to manage customer interactions both face-to-face and over the phone. A friendly demeanor and the ability to match alphanumeric sequences quickly are required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
