The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to retail and installer customers, assisting with merchandise selection, and supporting store management. Key responsibilities include promoting customer service programs, handling cash transactions, processing returns, addressing customer complaints, and performing various store operational tasks. The role requires strong multitasking abilities and outstanding communication skills. Desired qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish.
