Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers, assist management in task execution, and ensure the promotion of customer service programs. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, managing the cash drawer, processing returns, resolving complaints, and maintaining store organization. The role also involves operating store equipment, performing vehicle services, and potentially driving a delivery vehicle based on business needs. Candidates should possess strong multitasking abilities and excellent customer service skills, with a preference for automotive knowledge and bilingual capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
