The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, supports store management, promotes customer service programs, and manages cash transactions. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, handling complaints, conducting daily operational tasks, and occasionally driving for deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
