Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide excellent customer service to retail and installer customers, assist with merchandise selection, and support store management tasks. Responsibilities include handling cash transactions, processing returns, resolving complaints, and completing daily operational tasks. Candidates with automotive knowledge and bilingual skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
