Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver high-quality service to retail and installer customers, assist in accomplishing management tasks, maintain cash drawer operations, ensure customer satisfaction via phone and in-store, and complete various operational tasks. A valid driving record is necessary for occasional deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Experienced with weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish
