Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to retail and installer customers, assisting with merchandise selection, and supporting store management in various tasks. Duties include answering customer inquiries, maintaining the cash drawer, processing exchanges and returns, addressing customer complaints, and completing operational tasks such as inventory counts and freight receival. The role may involve performing in-store services like battery testing and making deliveries. Candidates are encouraged to display keen multitasking abilities and a strong customer service orientation.

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
