Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and promote company customer service programs. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, answering phone inquiries, maintaining a cash drawer, processing exchanges and returns, resolving complaints, completing operational tasks, and performing in-store services within legal limits. Candidates must demonstrate multitasking abilities and customer service proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
