Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assist with merchandise selection, and support store management. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, handling phone inquiries, maintaining cash registers, processing returns and exchanges, and performing daily operational tasks. Candidates must possess strong customer service skills, be able to multitask effectively, and quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Familiarity with automotive parts and skills in multiple languages, especially Spanish, are highly valued.

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
