Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers, promote customer service programs, greet shoppers, assist with merchandise selection, and support management in task execution. Responsibilities include answering store calls, processing transactions, handling exchanges/returns, addressing complaints, assisting with stock updates and planogram maintenance, operating test equipment after training, and occasional delivery duties. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; ASE certification and automotive parts familiarity are desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Multitask between in-store and phone interactions
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely
- Assist with merchandise selection, returns and exchanges per store policy
- Assist with stocking, planogram updates, and store maintenance tasks
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (Spanish highly desired)
- Operate or train on store test equipment as required by training
- Deliveries when required, with driving eligibility in accordance with policy
